INFLUENCER MARKETING INSIGHTS ANALYST (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Influencer Marketing Insights Analyst to join our team and support our brand’s global and domestic organic seeding programs. In this role, you will focus on expansion strategy, seeding list curation, and the marketing calendar while ensuring data-driven decisions across all influencer activities. This position is essential for streamlining seeding operations, safeguarding data integrity, and supporting product launch send-outs, as well as monthly themed and international mailer initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven decision making with hands-on execution to grow our creator network, maximize ROI, and enable scalable global seeding and paid partnerships.

This role will manage and analyze data from spreadsheets and Excel forms tied to our organic seeding campaigns, helping grow and optimize our master influencer list while expanding our global reach.

As a member of the Influencer Marketing team, you will collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to the Executive Director of Talent and Influencer Marketing. This role will work closely with them to enhance and optimize influencer marketing strategies, drive data-informed results, and contribute to the growth of our brand through impactful influencer partnerships.

HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.
