About NetElixir

Role Overview NetElixir has spent over 22 years helping more than 1,000 ecommerce brands grow through real-world strategy, analytics, and exceptional execution. Today, we are bringing that experience into an AI-first future. We are hiring a Director of Growth to lead growth for the LXR Suite of AI-powered marketing solutions, including LXRInsights and related experimentation and analytics capabilities, focused on upper mid-market ecommerce brands ($50MM to $500MM in annual revenue). If you enjoy working with ecommerce brands but want to sit on the solution side rather than inside a single retailer, this role was built for you. We’re transforming from a performance marketing agency into what we believe the digital agency of tomorrow SHOULD be — a company where AI doesn’t replace people, it empowers them. A place where curiosity meets capability, and experimentation drives growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “run campaigns,” but actually understands how each channel works together to drive pipeline and revenue.

This role sits at the center of our marketing engine—owning execution across LinkedIn, Meta, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, attribution, and programmatic/retargeting platforms like The Trade Desk and AdCellerant—while continuously optimizing performance using data and AI tools.

If you’ve been hands-on in campaigns daily and know how to move from clicks to conversions to  real business impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

  • Execute and optimize campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Email (Mailchimp)
    • Programmatic (The Trade Desk, AdCellerant)
    • Retargeting across channels
  • Manage full funnel performance:
    • Awareness → consideration → conversion → retargeting
    • Build and refine audience strategies (lookalikes, retargeting, segmentation)
  • Own campaign setup, launch, and daily optimization
    • Budget pacing
    • Creative testing
    • Audience testing
    • Performance scaling
  • Work deeply in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to:
    • Setup
    • Track performance
    • Analyze user journeys
    • Identify drop-offs and opportunities
  • Support attribution and tracking
    • UTM structuring
    • Cross-channel performance alignment
    • Ensure accurate data flow across platforms
  • Run and optimize retargeting strategies
    • Site visitors
    • Engaged users
    • Email lists
    • Platform-specific audiences
  • Use AI tools and automation
    • Improve targeting and segmentation
    • Support campaign optimization
    • Enhance reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to:
    • Launch creatives fast
    • Test variations
    • Iterate based on performance

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–4 years minimum in performance marketing / growth / paid media
  • Experience working across multiple channels (not just one platform)
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns inside:
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Mailchimp
    • Google Analytics 4
  • Familiarity with:
    • The Trade Desk
    • AdCellerant
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Paid media funnels
    • Retargeting logic
    • Audience segmentation
    • Conversion tracking
    • Attribution challenges (multi-touch vs platform-reported)
  • You’ve:
    • Launched campaigns yourself
    • Managed budgets and pacing
    • Run A/B tests and made decisions from data
    • Worked inside platforms daily

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You stay updated on Google & Meta ad changes and actually apply them
  • You’re comfortable working with AI tools in marketing workflows
  • You think in terms of performance, not just execution
  • You can connect channel metrics to real business outcomes
  • You move fast and don’t wait to be told what to optimize
