We’re looking for a Revenue Incentive Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of how incentives are operationalized—from Salesforce dashboards to rep payouts and stakeholder communications. You’ll be the central connection between Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Customer Success (CS) when it comes to variable compensation.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers, processes, and people. You’ll help us run fair, scalable, and well-documented compensation programs while making sure reps and execs alike trust the data and the decisions behind it.
