  • Be a champion for analytics by fostering a culture of curiosity, encouraging data adoption across teams, and leading knowledge-sharing and training efforts.
  • Stay at the forefront of innovation by keeping pace with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies, and introducing smart, forward-thinking solutions that elevate our impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or engineering roles, ideally in a high-growth or scaling environment.
  • Deep expertise in relational database modeling and SQL; proficiency in Python is a plus.
  • Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity, professionalism, and influence.
  • Adept at presenting complex analyses to leadership and non-technical stakeholders in a way that drives understanding and action.
  • Successful track record of collaborating across functions such as marketing, product management, engineering, and finance.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and measuring A/B tests to inform product and business decisions.
