We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Growth Marketing) to lead advertising strategy and execution for our fast-growing portfolio of nonfiction titles. This role is key to driving discoverability, sales, and market share across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Amazon’s advertising tools (AMS, Amazon Ads, Vendor Central), a proven track record of running and optimizing high-performing campaigns, and a passion for connecting readers with compelling nonfiction content. This role reports directly to the Publisher.
Ideal candidates would have 5+ years of digital/performance marketing experience, including at least 3 years focused on Amazon advertising. Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to drive results independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The PRH office is located in New York City. The position is open to remote candidates who are based in the United States and can work primarily on Eastern Time.
The salary range for this position is $79,500 – 85,000. Salary will be based on experience, with candidates bringing deep Amazon ad expertise and strong analytical skills typically falling at the higher end of the range. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
