We are seeking a customer-obsessed, data-driven Senior Manager of Product & Customer Lifecycle Marketing to own feature launches, adoption campaigns, and lifecycle initiatives that drive engagement and revenue. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who can flex between strategic positioning and hands-on execution.
You will define audience targeting, build adoption journeys, recommend pricing and offers, and work cross-functionally to ensure product rollouts resonate with customers and deliver ROI.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
GTM Execution:
Define audience, value, and channels for each launch, using a teaser → launch → adoption framework.
Ensure messaging resonates across hobbyist, small businesses and enterprise audiences.
Develop sales enablement, FAQs and customer-facing education materials.
Lifecycle Campaigns:
Design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, in-product, onsite, customer support) to drive onboarding, upsell and retention.
Build contextual adoption tactics inside the product (tooltips, walkthroughs, modal prompts)
Conduct robust champion vs. Challenger AB testing to measure incremental impact and learnings
Segmentation & Data:
Use 1st- and 3rd-party data to refine customer segmentation and personalize campaigns.
Identify at-risk segments and surface upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Pricing & Offers:
Partner with Product, Finance, and eComm to recommend optimized pricing, packaging and offers.
Test adoption vs. monetization trade-offs to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Acquisition, eCommerce/Web, and Product Managers to ensure launches are integrated across channels.
Align rollout timing with acquisition pushes, PR, and seasonal campaigns.
Revenue Impact:
Monitor cross-sell revenue, attachment rates, and renewal uplift.
Report on adoption KPIs, ROI of campaigns, and success rates of offers.
Measurement: Own KPIs across adoption, retention, churn reduction, cross-sell revenue, NPS and lifetime value.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed
6–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing or Growth Marketing.
Proven ability to launch products/features and drive adoption at scale.
Hands-on experience using data to refine segmentation, offers and personalization.
Strong collaboration skills across Product, Web/eCommerce and Acquisition teams.
Analytical mindset with ability to connect campaign performance to ROI.
