About this opportunity:
Channel Strategy
Develop and set up the Aje strategy across the three brands and channels identifying the opportunity within each and suggested content requirements, budget and KPI’s
Prioritize the content strategy on key channels such as TikTok to bring storytelling to life in a unique and on-brand way, that drive commercial and customer engagement
Constantly iterate the strategy based on results and emerging channel tactics
Plan and brief in opportunities for shooting “content for purpose” for social channels
Collaborate with the Brand Directors on the appropriate content you desire for Aje’s social channels, underpinned by data, research or strategies that align to the Aje brand
Recommend new content requirements to engage Aje audiences, tell the brand story, sell relevant categories and contribute to follower engagement
Lead and execute social strategy and content requirements for key events including but not limited to: brand events, influencer partnerships, social partnerships; ensuring sponsor content is executed per agreements
Planning:
Together with the Brand Directors and utilising insights from the Ecommerce and Marketing leadership agree on the annual social media strategy; setting KPIs, content planning and roadmaps for how to hit growth targets domestically and internationally
Develop creative and innovative marketing and social media campaigns in alignment with overarching marketing strategy and brand vision, incorporating brand pillars, Aje brand aesthetic and seasonal storytelling
Challenge the ‘norm’ in social media marketing tactics and develop a strategy that plays to channel strengths, customer personas and drives innovation
Incorporate key marketing strategies and sales campaigns into social media content
Create an ongoing framework and schedule/calendar for organic social content
Work with the Brand Visuals, Marketing and PR teams on identifying where organic content should be amplified/boosted by paid channels
Execution:
Plan, curate and publish engaging social media content daily across all relevant channels including engaging copywriting and impactful assets, creating original text and utilising imagery and film shot by the content team; working with the Brand Directors and Brand Visuals teams through draft and final phases
Develop an ‘always -on’ approach to social channels, defining the cadence for each platform and content ‘roles’; maximising algorithms within each to ensure content is reaching new audiences
Work with the PR and Brand Relations team to integrate tastemaker content into the Aje feed to maximise engagement and grow following
Work with the Marketing teams to create and execute social storytelling around brand pillars across wellness and skincare
Focus:
Where relevant, build channels from the ground up according to Aje growth targets, reaching local and international audiences, propelling the brand into the market
Achieve KPIs across follower growth, engagement and reach
Working closely with the internal teams and Digital Agency to amplify content and ensure paid and organic strategies are complementary
Community Management:
Collaborate with Customer Care to communicate with followers via comments and direct messages, responding to queries in a timely manner across social media channels daily
Engaging with Aje followers, customers and community by liking Aje tagged photos, reposting approved imagery and interacting with those in the Aje sphere
Benchmarking
Remain up to date with the Social Media market trends globally and in the fashion space, and keep Aje at the forefront of social media execution
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, competitions, etc
Have a keen understanding of industry trends, new platforms and best practices
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences using data analytics
Reporting & Analysis
Measure and report performance metrics (acquisition, engagement, conversion) of all organic digital marketing and social media channels on a weekly basis, providing insights, understanding channel performance and making recommendations
Analyse data and compile weekly/monthly reports including engagement, community growth, ecommerce statistics, customer acquisition, etc.
Identify areas for growth in social campaigns

You will bring:
4 - 5+ years experience within an organic social media-related role with demonstrable results
Extensive experience in creating highly-engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences
Excellent copywriting skills and strong verbal communication
Strong visual eye
Highly organised
Analytical, with an ability to analyse data and present results to senior stakeholders
A sound understanding of and passion for the wider fashion world
A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual details and accuracy
Time management skills
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
