What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize database performance and manage data storage solutions with MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Implement cloud-based solutions and services using AWS to enhance scalability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to elevate overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6–10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and NodeJS, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly MySQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud services, specifically AWS, and best practices for deployment and scaling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with mobile application development using React Native.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques.
• Previous experience in the ecommerce or B2B software development space.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $165K to $215K, complemented by competitive equity options. This company offers a dynamic work environment where innovation and collaboration are highly valued.
