Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time SEO Specialist to drive search visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation through a blend of technical SEO expertise and content optimization. This role requires both analytical skills and a strong understanding of search intent, ensuring websites are well-structured, technically sound, and content is fully optimized for maximum performance. You won’t be writing new content day-to-day, but you will play a key role in shaping how content is planned, refreshed, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, conversion-driven opportunities across different stages of the funnel
- Audit websites for technical SEO issues, including site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and schema
- Optimize on-page SEO elements such as metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure for improved rankings
- Partner with content teams to refresh, expand, and optimize existing pages/posts to align with search intent and SEO best practices
- Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress plugins (Yoast/Rank Math)
- Support link-building and off-site SEO initiatives when needed
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to guide SEO and content strategy
- Explore opportunities to use automation and AI-assisted tools responsibly, ensuring quality and relevance are maintained
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- Solid experience in both technical SEO and on-page/content SEO
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and SEO plugins (Rank Math, Yoast, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog)
- Experience conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search intent and conversions
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and propose improvements
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with developers, marketers, and content teams
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with link-building or digital PR
- Familiarity with structured data and schema markup
- Exposure to AI-assisted SEO/content workflows
- Broader understanding of site migration, multi-language/multi-region SEO, or eCommerce SEO
