As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us deepen relationships with our community and amplify the voices of those who love our products most.
The Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and day-to-day management of Erin Condren’s social media channels and affiliate influencer program. This role blends storytelling, analytics, and relationship-building to grow engagement, drive conversion, and strengthen our community presence — both online and offline. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, content creator, and community builder. This is an individual contributor used to wearing many hats and getting things done independently. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, this is a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and scale marketing expertise in a fast-paced and high-functioning team.
• Develop and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, etc.) to grow brand engagement and awareness.
• Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand priorities, product launches, and community storytelling.
• Lead content creation — from concept to post — including writing copy, coordinating shoots, briefing creative partners, and leveraging UGC.
• Monitor daily engagement, respond to community interactions, and maintain an authentic brand voice across all channels.
• Analyze social performance metrics, identify insights, and adjust strategy to drive continued growth and engagement.
• Oversee the Erin Condren Affiliate Program, nurturing relationships with creators, educators, and brand fans.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and content partners to drive brand advocacy and sales performance.
• Develop monthly affiliate campaigns, communications, and performance tracking in partnership with eCommerce and Creative teams.
• Plan and host community-building activations such as the Affiliate Town Hall and local influencer events.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Email, and eCommerce teams to align social and affiliate initiatives with key campaigns.
• Collaborate with Retail & Events teams to bring digital storytelling to in-person moments (store activations, pop-ups, workshops).
• Coordinate closely with Customer Experience to maintain brand consistency and awareness of trending customer sentiment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or brand marketing — ideally in lifestyle, consumer, or retail industries.
• Proven experience growing and engaging social communities across multiple platforms.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative brief development skills.
• Comfort with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards) and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Experience managing affiliate programs or working directly with influencer networks.
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative — thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Located in or near Austin, Texas, with ability to be in-office or in-store 3–4 days per week.
