Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager in fashion/apparel industry!
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a deep sense of community and driving brand awareness through influencer partnerships, brand ambassadors and organic followers. You will be responsible for leading and managing company social media presence across the various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and explore TikTok. Must have 2-3 years of experience in a related role. Established influencer relationships are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all social media platforms (FB, IG, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Lead the social media strategy (in partnership with the Marketing and Content Team) and planning of the social media calendar using our GTM Calendar
- Work and collaborate with internal team to create engaging content (Image and Video)
- Research and identify social media influencers that meet company's criteria, with emphasis on the brand and its offerings
- Manage a high volume of influencer relationships, interactions and shipments via email and direct message
- Collaborate and partner with PR and Digital Marketing Agency to maintain a highly detailed and organized log of influencer gifting, celebrity seeding, community discount codes and promotions
- Build partnerships with other brands to collaborate on coordinating, promoting, and host giveaways or social partnerships
- Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure all content created out of the influencer program is shared across company's social channels
- Support Marketing team on key initiatives and various projectsWeekly and monthly reporting on social media growth, influencer metrics and community feedback
- Assist in the creative briefing process with Copy & Design teams finding new and exciting ways to share the company story.
- Attribute content and leverage all assets in a smart unique way
- Create and manage meaningful blog content to help build SEO keywords, awareness and bring the brand story to life
- Always research and find new and creative ways to present the brand
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong writing skills and ability to adhere to a brand tone and voice
- Highly organized and proactive self-starter with an attention to detail
- Creative to help build meaningful and engaging content
- Ability to thrive in a highly creative and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Shopify, Shopify Apps and Integrations
- Knowledge of the latest and best practices/ trends on social media platforms like sponsored content protocols
