    • Provide weekly performance reports

    Sales & Customer Management<\/b>

    • Respond to inquiries via DMs, email, and website

    • Follow up with warm leads and abandoned carts

    • Close low\-ticket sales and prep high\-ticket leads for owner

    • Upsell and cross\-sell products when appropriate

    • Maintain quick response times and positive customer experience
