Position Summary:
A Solutions Engineer is an expert technical consultant with a high drive for client-centricity (SE / SME). They will possess expertise in data analysis, process mapping, systems configuration, and solutions architecture. Solutions Engineers are perceived experts in the technical space that Ntara offers. Above the technical expertise, they will also be able to possess the soft skills required to positively guide clients and provide great client experience and business value on any engagement. Solutions Engineers will be the primary technical communication with the client and assist with scoping new projects, presenting new tech, and exploring new technical opportunities for Ntara. We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to offer expert technical consulting, understand customer needs, communicate with all stakeholders to develop solutions and support sales team at our headquarters located in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients - Understand their goals, workflows, and processes. Demonstrate client-centricity by consulting with our clients on solving their challenges while showing empathy and professionalism.
- Accounts - Support accounts in pre-sales support and technical support to win contracts with prospects.
- Communication - Professionally and clearly communicate technical requirements and solutions to client stakeholders and internal teams
- Use your system knowledge & architecture to drive system(s) strategy in pre-sales, analysis, and internal consulting for implementations.
- Work closely with client & internal teams to prioritize and build roadmaps and inform long-range planning.
- Problem-solving, technical consulting, technical leadership
- Interviewing stakeholders, leading analysis workshops, consulting on technical architecture
- Highest level of support for PIM systems, DAM systems, ecommerce websites/systems, and possibly other applications in the pursuit of technical growth for Ntara
- Periodically learn, implement, and assess emerging technologies to effectively adapt to evolving business landscapes
- Consulting and planning for client solutions. Documentation as required for team implementation.
- Evaluate new technical systems for implementation in client and Ntara projects (new platform evaluation & scoring)
- Ensuring quality deliverables for our clients and strategic direction to our teams.
- Develop process improvements with a seasoned team.
- Template development to improve processes.
- Change management for customers and possibly our own team.
- Writing and designing technical specifications
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science or Business
Other Experience:
- 3 years + of experience in a technical capacity, such as DATA Programming, E commerce or DAM
- Being able to consult with a client and solve complex problems.
