Job Description:
Saks Global is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist of Display. A Display Specialist supports the strategic development, execution, measurement, testing, and reporting of media campaigns. In partnership with the Display team and platform partners, develop full-funnel strategies that support Saks Global businesses and brand goals. This role also includes strategic collaboration with internal teams- including Ecommerce, Creative and Analytics.
Role Description
Enhance and execute full-funnel display strategy by defining objectives, target customers, and spend recommendations
Track creative performance overtime, share learnings quarterly with creative leadership, brief & execute creative tests
Assist and craft compelling, data-driven insights to analyze metrics (CTR, CPSV, CPM, etc) that directly and indirectly drive growth, proactively identifying trends and anomalies while sharing learnings internally & externally
Identify and lead optimizations to existing and new campaigns in partnership with agency and platform teams
Collaborate with multiple teams (e-commerce, analytics, creative, etc) to develop campaigns that support business goals; including owning creative briefing and content creation process, share performance updates and learnings to broader marketing teams
Support testing roadmap strategy, planning, and execution by staying up to date with marketing trends & best practices
Oversee Display budget, pacing, and billing management
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferably Marketing, Economics, or Business Management)
3+ years of digital performance marketing experience at a media agency or retail company. Minimum 2 years of full time experience managing display/programmatic campaigns (tracking, planning, reporting)
Highly analytical and comfortable with data sets, able to conduct analysis independently and clearly communicate results to stakeholder audiences at all levels, internal & external
Experience with high-growth consumer companies, ideally retail or luxury e-commerce businesses
Understanding of display DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon etc.), capabilities and buying methods (Programmatic, PMP)
Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Omniture/Tableau)
Nice to haves
Prior experience using customer data platforms (CDPs, LiveRamp)
Ability to translate multiple data inputs into insights and strategies
Familiarity with marketing performance metrics (LTV, MMM, CPV, CTR, CPC, etc)
Experimentation mindset and comfort with testing and learning
Strong project management skills, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
A positive, growth mindset - proactive, resourceful, curious
