Position Overview
Kendra Scott seeks a Senior Director of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for managing all of Kendra Scotts marketing efforts across paid & owned channels to support the ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels and to amplify brand marketing efforts to drive awareness and consideration. Channels include: brand advertising (CTV, linear, OOH, audio), performance marketing (search, shopping, and paid social), affiliate, retail media, email, SMS, and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Own the holistic view of Kendra Scott’s paid & owned marketing strategy. Determine the KPIs necessary to understand success of overall program and individual channels.
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing team to ensure that performance marketing are considered in development of overall Brand Marketing strategy and to ensure that efforts amplify our brand marketing efforts.
- Drive the overall growth marketing strategy based on the overall needs of the business. Continually evaluate whether changes need to be made to the strategy. Ensure that all partners are aware and aligned on that strategy.
- Manage all of Kendra Scott’s performance marketing channels (including paid social, display, connected TV, paid search, Google shopping, retail media, and affiliates) to support the ecommerce, retail and wholesale channels and to amplify brand marketing efforts to business awareness and consideration.
- Lead strategy for owned channels including email & SMS, across marketing campaigns, segmentation/personalization, journeys, and transactional communications.
- Own critical MarTech strategy to support all growth marketing channels.
- Lead strategy for Kendra Scott Insider loyalty program, including decisions on program enhancements, communications, and marketing.
- Build & own growth marketing budget and define the optimal mix of marketing spend that will maximize both new customer growth and overall revenue.
- Closely monitor channel performance vs. prior periods and plan and respond quickly when performance varies from expectations.
- Hindsight performance on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement. Share relevant results with the correct cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Measure the incrementality of programs and activities and effectively communicate results and methodology.
- Manage agencies effectively in order to maximize performance. Communicate budgets and goals, review and approve any plans from the agency.
- Identify and launch new marketing channels to drive overall sales growth. Monitor results of channels and incorporate into channel mix on go-forward basis.
- Lead a motivated and engaged team to execute on performance marketing initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years’ experience in Digital or Performance Marketing
- Agency or brand experience
- Demonstrated success scaling innovative programs in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
- Experience managing a multimillion-dollar budget and forecasting performance trends
- Experience in key advertising channels, including paid social, display, CTV/linear, search and affiliates.
- Experience with email and/or SMS marketing, and loyalty program management.
- A highly analytical nature and the ability to quantify expected impact of investment decisions and impact achieved
- Proven ability to successfully manage internal and external partner relationships
- Positive and productive interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate plans and ensure team is aligned
- A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach
- High proficiency Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Google Analytics preferred
