 Scope of Position
Revision Skincare is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Admin to help drive operational excellence and digital transformation across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will bridge business teams and technical delivery partners, translating the needs of our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments into scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance visibility, efficiency, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform expertise with business process insight in the skincare industry — bringing hands-on experience in B2B Commerce, Loyalty Management, and Revenue Operations.
 Key Responsibilities
 Analysis/Project Management/Training
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to define business goals, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions and document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce features including Flows, Approvals, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and B2B Commerce.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reconciliations, GL coding, and data integrity between Salesforce and financial systems.
- Conduct detailed system investigations to identify issues, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, documentation, and validation with end users.
- Support ongoing enablement, change management, and adoption across internal teams.
- Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards that surface insights into sales performance, loyalty engagement, and order activity.
- Partner closely with IT and business leaders to prioritize enhancements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Work closely with and manages 3rd party Salesforce Support vendor
- Assists Training Dept. with development of Salesforce curriculum
- Mentor and train junior team members and act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce process automation, data management, and system configuration.
 Qualifications
 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce professional supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with B2B Commerce and Salesforce Loyalty Management is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce Flows, process automation, and declarative configuration.
- Experience partnering with Finance teams on reconciliation, GL coding, and cross-system validation.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, customer engagement, and eCommerce workflows.
- Skilled at conducting investigations, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or B2B Commerce Specialist) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
