Job Summary 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Community & CRM Coordinator to support DTC Ecommerce and community initiatives. This role will manage sales reporting, update product pages, lead new product launches, and recommend site UX improvements. You’ll also engage with our community through TYB challenges, surface customer insights, track competitors, and help develop email and SMS strategies to grow and convert our audience. The ideal candidate is analytical, socially fluent, and passionate about building meaningful customer connections across digital touchpoints. 


Duties/Responsibilities 


Community Management: 

  • Create new and creative challenges for TYB (Try Your Best) that are fun and occasionally correspond with consumer feedback questions.  
  • Actively listen to our community, surfacing insights, trends, and customer feedback to improve our marketing strategies and products. 
  • Engage with community members via love letters and assist with strategy to add to database.  
  • Brainstorm email marketing + sms strategies to build consumer base and convert current profiles.  

DTC Support 

  • Support weekly and monthly reporting by pulling Shopify sales data, inputting it into trackers, and analyzing results. 
  • Update product description pages on notyourmothers.com according to Brand updates to copy or any changes in carousel or BTF imagery.  
  • Lead process of adding NPD to NYM website. Stage SKU/collection pages ready for publishing. 
  • Assist with competitive analysis, tracking competitors and sharing back best practices with Marketing & Ecommerce teams.  
  • Critically analyze the DTC site to recommend user experience improvements and updates 
  • Contribute marketing ideas that align tentpole moments with DTC strategy.

Requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role (beauty industry experience is a plus). 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)/Google Workspace.
