JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Title:  DTC Business Analyst                  

 

Reports to:  Sr. Director of ECommerce         

 

FLSA Status: Exempt

 

 

Summary of Position:

Fortune East is currently seeking a DTC Business Analyst to join our team. Business Analysts are responsible for the data integrity and insights of our department. They oversee the monitoring of our business units and progression of our data and insights. 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze online sales data to identify trends and patterns to help improve performance, engagement and conversion.
  • Generate and share dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable the Ecommerce team to drive business decisions and strategies.
  • Own the data analysis and reporting for the D’artagnan website, and/or other segments of the Fortune Gourmet eCommerce business as directed by the Senior Director. 
  • Analyze competitive insights and benchmarks, to design and drive optimization plans within the Ecommerce team.
  • Support cross-functional teams by building and maintaining consistent dashboard models around site search, shopping page optimization, site personalization, user journeys and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Manage GA insights and attribution across owned channels.
  • Develop PowerBI dashboards and manage data integration for DTC Ecommerce sources.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field.
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused CRM strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of retail analysis and consumer insights.
  • Confidence in sales/traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
