· Conduct workshops to collect user stories, map processes, and define acceptance criteria.

· Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.

· Analyze web performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, retention) to identify actionable insights and drive improvements.

· Support content updates, site testing, and optimization using built-in CMS tools or third-party integrations.

· Initiate, plan, manage, and close medium to large projects.

· Manage and triage site issues, acting as the first point of escalation for business users.

What You'll Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting eCommerce websites.

· Proven experience with Optimizely, or comparable platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, etc.

· Hands-on experience documenting functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.

· Understanding of web content management, product catalog management, and basic SEO principles.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret eCommerce KPIs and user behavior data.

· Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred:

· Basic HTML/CSS or CMS editing experience.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs, CRM or ERP integrations.

· Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.

· Experience with A/B testing tools, personalization engines, or marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

· Experience using tools like Google Analytics for web analysis and Jira/Confluence for agile documentation and collaboration.

· Agile/Scrum or PMP certification
